Peptide tracker app

Your peptides, labs
and recovery. One app.

Biohack Tracker is a private peptide tracker for iPhone and Android. Log every dose in a tap, get reminders on the days you choose, rotate injection sites on a body map, and see your blood tests, sleep and HRV next to your protocols.

What it tracks

  • Peptides and protocols: peptides, TRT and other hormones, supplements, orals and medications, by route (injectable, oral, topical, nasal). Tick doses off and see adherence.
  • Dose reminders: daily, weekly or custom weekdays, with a next-dose list so nothing slips. Tick a dose off straight from the notification, and for injections tap the site you used, without opening the app.
  • Dose alarm and calendar sync: an optional alarm that keeps ringing until you dismiss it, and your schedule in Apple, Google or Outlook Calendar.
  • Supplement scanner: scan a barcode or photograph the label to add a supplement, from a catalogue of over 360,000 products.
  • Injection site map: numbered front and back sites with rest rings that fill as each site recovers, plus an educational “How to inject” guide for each area.
  • Bloodwork: import lab results as a PDF or photo. Every biomarker is graded against its reference range, charted over time and flagged when it’s worth discussing with your GP.
  • Sleep and recovery: sleep stages, overnight HRV, resting heart rate, breathing rate, blood oxygen and temperature from Apple Health or Health Connect.
  • Biohack score: your labs (Vitality) and your last 7 days (Wellbeing) in one number, with ways to improve it. A guide to your own trends, not a medical assessment.
  • Library and templates: 215 compounds organised by goal and 26 educational protocol templates (never with dose amounts).
  • GP visit brief: turn your protocols, labs and trends into a one-page, clinician-ready summary and PDF.
  • Biohack coach (Pro): an AI assistant that talks through your own protocols, bloodwork and sleep. General guidance only, never dosing or diagnosis.

Diabetes & metabolic health

Many people running peptides are also managing blood sugar. Biohack Tracker keeps it in the same place as everything else.

  • Glucose log: log readings in mmol/L or mg/dL, with time in range, estimated A1c (GMI) and glucose variability.
  • Insulin and medications: log insulin, metformin and other medications as protocols next to your peptides, with reminders and adherence.
  • Metabolic labs: HbA1c, fasting glucose, fasting insulin and C-peptide from your blood tests, charted over time, with HOMA-IR when it applies (not used for Type 1).
  • Your diabetes type in your profile, so explanations fit your situation.
  • Biohack review (Pro): an AI summary of your glucose, labs and protocols side by side, pointing out trends worth raising with your doctor or endocrinologist, such as glucose changes after starting a new protocol.

Insulin and diabetes care stay with your clinician. Biohack Tracker never suggests insulin or medication doses.

Why not a spreadsheet?

Most people start with notes, a spreadsheet or a pill-reminder app. They work until you want to see whether anything is actually changing.

What to look for in a peptide tracker

  • Fast logging. If logging a dose takes more than a tap or two, you stop doing it.
  • Flexible schedules. Many protocols run on set weekdays, not every day.
  • Site rotation. A visual record of where you injected and when.
  • Your labs in the same place. Protocol changes mean more next to your bloodwork trends.
  • Privacy. Encrypted storage, no data selling, no ad tracking, and a real delete button.
  • No dosing advice. A tracker should record what you and your clinician decide, not tell you what to take.
  • Something to show your doctor. A clean summary beats scrolling through notes in the appointment.

Biohack Tracker was built around exactly this list.

Questions

What is the best app to track peptides?

Look for an app that keeps your whole protocol in one place: a fast dose log, reminders on the days you choose, injection-site rotation, and your blood tests and recovery data alongside, while keeping your data private and staying out of dosing advice. Biohack Tracker was built to do all of that in one app for iPhone and Android.

Is there an app to log peptide injections?

Yes. In Biohack Tracker you add each peptide or compound once, then tick doses off in a tap. You can log injectables, orals, topicals and nasal routes, see adherence over time, and pick the injection site from a body map as you log.

Can I track and rotate injection sites?

Yes. The injection site map shows numbered front and back sites with rest rings that fill as each site recovers, so you can see at a glance which areas you used recently. Each area has an educational “How to inject” guide.

Can I track my bloodwork with my peptides?

Yes. Import your lab results as a PDF or a photo. Each biomarker is graded against its reference range and charted over time, right next to your protocols, weight, sleep and HRV, so you can see what changed and when.

Can I track insulin and blood glucose with my peptides?

Yes. Log insulin and other medications as protocols next to your peptides, and log glucose readings in the Metabolic section, which shows time in range, estimated A1c (GMI), variability and your HbA1c trend. The app never suggests insulin doses; that stays with your clinician.

Can the app tell if a peptide is affecting my blood sugar?

Biohack Tracker puts your glucose readings, metabolic labs and protocol start dates side by side so changes are easy to see. With Pro, the Biohack review summarises these trends and suggests questions to raise with your doctor or endocrinologist. It does not diagnose or give treatment advice.

Does the app tell me how much to take?

No. Biohack Tracker never prescribes or recommends doses. You enter what you and your clinician have decided. Protocol templates and the compound library are educational and never include dose amounts.

Is my peptide data private?

Your data is stored in your private account, encrypted in transit and at rest. It is never sold, never used for advertising and never used to train AI models. You can delete your account and data at any time.

How much does it cost?

Free to download. A one-time A$4.99 Lifetime unlock turns on all tracking. Pro (A$7.99/month or A$79.99/year) adds the AI coach and AI analyses and includes the Lifetime unlock for good, so you keep it even if you cancel Pro. After unlocking you can try the coach free with 6 questions + Biohack analysis.

Does it work with Apple Watch, Oura or Whoop?

Yes. Anything that writes sleep to Apple Health or Health Connect works, including Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung and Withings. Sleep stages, overnight HRV, resting heart rate and more sync automatically.
