A single 0–100 number that blends your Vitality score (from your latest blood panel) with your Wellbeing score (sleep, mood, energy, symptoms and recovery over the last 7 days). Tap it to see what’s moving it and the top ways to raise it. It’s a general guide, not a diagnosis.
When you sign up you choose a goal — lose weight, lose body fat, gain muscle, recomposition, performance, longevity or general health. The Biohack coach uses it to tailor its suggestions and focus on the markers and habits that matter most for what you’re working towards.
The app is free to download. A one-time A$4.99 Lifetime unlock turns on all tracking — no subscription. Pro adds the AI features for A$7.99 a month or A$79.99 a year (about A$6.67 a month) and includes the Lifetime unlock for good, so you keep it even if you cancel Pro. Prices are in AUD and include GST.
Yes. Each dose reminder has a Mark taken button. For injections, the reminder shows the body sites you’ve used least recently, so one tap logs the dose and the site; Other site… opens the body map. Your phone needs to be unlocked to use the buttons. If you’re offline, the log is saved on your phone and synced next time you open the app.
You can also turn on a dose alarm that keeps ringing until you dismiss it, and sync your schedule to your calendar from Profile.
The Lifetime unlock gives you every tracking feature for good: protocols and doses, reminders with alarm mode, calendar sync, the injection map, the supplement scanner, the Workout library (500+ workouts with 72 animated exercise how-tos), bloodwork import and grading, sleep sync, scores, charts, templates and progress photos.
Pro adds the AI layer on top: the Biohack coach, AI bloodwork and protocol summaries, panel-to-panel comparisons, a GP visit action plan, trend projections, the weekly digest, progress-photo and metabolic insights, and clinician-ready PDF reports. Any Pro plan, monthly or yearly, includes the Lifetime unlock for good.
No. It’s a one-time purchase that stays with your account. Pro includes it for good too: if you cancel Pro, you keep the unlock and all your data, and only the Pro features stop.
Yes. Once you have the Lifetime unlock, you can try the Biohack coach free: 6 questions + Biohack analysis. If you find it useful, Pro gives you the full coach and AI analyses (fair-use limits apply). There is no free trial, and the free preview never charges you: you only pay if you choose Pro.
Cancel where you subscribed:
You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. After that you keep the Lifetime unlock and all your data.
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (your order history). For purchases made on our website, email us. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Occasionally. In the app, open the Pro screen and tap Have a code? — it opens Apple’s or Google’s redeem sheet, where the code is applied by the store.
Yes. Go to biohacktracker.ai/buy, sign in or create your free account, choose the Lifetime unlock or Pro, and pay securely by card. Then download the free app and sign in with the same email — everything is already unlocked.
Card payments are handled by a leading, fully certified payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
Download Biohack Tracker from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the email you used on the website. Your purchase is linked to your account, not your device.
Yes. Your data lives in your private, password-protected account, encrypted in transit and at rest. We don’t sell it, don’t use it for advertising, and it’s never used to train AI models.
Your entries are stored in your encrypted account so they sync and back up. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, only the data types you allow are sent: nightly sleep and recovery summaries and, if you turn them on, glucose, smart-scale, workout and mood data. AI features only run after you agree, and only send what’s needed for your request.
Yes, any time, from inside the app: open Profile → Account and tap Delete account. Your protocols, labs, wellbeing and sleep data, injection-site logs, photos and AI history are permanently removed. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription — cancel that separately.
Ask a question in plain English and the Biohack coach answers using your own logs, labs, sleep and goal — and it remembers your past chats. It explains and organises your data; it doesn’t diagnose, prescribe or recommend doses.
No. AI features only run after you switch them on, and you can turn them off any time in Profile → AI features. All tracking works without AI.
Fair-use limits keep the service fast and affordable — currently 40 coach messages a day (400 a month), 10 AI analyses a day and 3 photo scans a day (5 a month). Reaching a limit never affects your tracking, lab grading or reminders.
Yes. Import a lab PDF, snap a photo of your report, or enter results by hand. Every marker is graded against its reference range, tracked over time, and patterns worth raising with your GP are highlighted.
Yes. Log glucose readings in mmol/L or mg/dL in the Metabolic section to see time in range, estimated A1c (GMI) and variability, and log insulin and other medications as protocols next to your peptides. HbA1c, fasting insulin and C-peptide from your blood tests are charted too. The app never suggests insulin or medication doses: that stays with your clinician.
Anything that writes sleep to Apple Health or Health Connect — including Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung and Withings. Connect from Trends → Wellbeing.
Not at all. Plenty of people use it for orals, supplements, bloodwork, sleep and recovery only.
A step-by-step guide for each body area in the injection map — site preparation, technique and when to seek medical advice. It’s general education only: always follow your prescriber’s, pharmacist’s or product’s instructions.
No. It’s an educational tracking and organisation tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or recommend doses. Lab patterns, scores and guides are prompts to discuss with your doctor or pharmacist, who stay in charge of decisions.
No. You enter what you and your prescriber have decided. Protocol templates and the library are educational and never include dose amounts.
